Kandi Srinivasa Reddy participated
in Prajaapalana Sambaralu in Adilabad town
As the Congress rule in the state
is completing one year, the government has decided to organize Prajapalana
Vijayotsavas for 26 days from today to December 9. As part of this, Adilabad
Congress Party Assembly In-charge Kandi Srinivasa Reddy led the Prajapalana
Samvatpara Sambhava in KRK Colony in Adilabad town. Kandi Srinivasa Reddy, who
reached the colony along with the Congress ranks, was given a grand welcome by
local leaders, activists and residents of the colony. He took out a road show
while greeting the people from the top of the vehicle in the colony. Later,
Kandi Srinivasa Reddy spoke and wished all the people good governance.
He said that while the Modi
government made gas cylinders 1200/- and broke the neck of the poor, the
Congress government provided gas cylinders for only 500 rupees. He explained
about the government welfare schemes such as free bus travel for women, free
electricity up to two hundred units, loan waiver of two lakhs, health insurance
of 10 lakhs and so on. He said that 55 thousand people have been given jobs. He
said that 11,000 teachers have been recruited through DSC. He asked the people
to cooperate to make the prestigious household survey, which no government has
done, a success.
He said that the Indiramma Houses
Program will start soon, and that the Congress government will provide houses
to all the poor who do not have houses. He said that after the survey is
completed, new ration cards will be provided to all the eligible people. Later,
he went to each shop and explained the status of government schemes and what
the government has done for the people during these 18 months.
In this program, senior Congress
leaders Gimma Santosh, Loka Praveen Reddy, former Municipal Vice Chairman
Zaheer Ramjani, Alchetty Naganna, Shankaraiah Councilor Zafar Ahmed, Khizer
Pasha, Dasari Ashanna, Sriram, Surender, Zakir, Chilukuri Satish, Akbar, Raja
Linganna, Mohammed, Naganna, Ashok, Atiq ur Rahman, Mane Shankar, Posetti, and
Annela were present. Shankar, Vaman, Prabhakar, Lasmanna, Allahbakash, women's
leader Srilekha Adivasi, Zubeda, Uma Maheshwari, Afroja and others
participated.
