Role: Senior Software Asset Management Consultant
Bill Rate: $80/hour C2C
Location: Seattle, CA
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: F2F
Direct Client Requirement

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform day-to-day operations of Software Asset Management using ServiceNow SAM Pro/ Flexera/Snow License Manager.
· Monitor and manage software discovery, normalization, and reconciliation processes.
· Maintain and update software license data, entitlements, and contracts in ServiceNow.
· Analyze software usage data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce costs.
· Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate with procurement, IT, and business units to manage software lifecycle.
· Generate and distribute reports on software inventory, usage, and compliance.
· Support audits by providing accurate and timely software asset data.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software asset data and ServiceNow SAM Pro functionality.
· Assist in the configuration and enhancement of SAM Pro modules and workflows.
· Stay updated on software licensing trends and ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro/ Flexera/ Snow License Manager and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
· Strong understanding of software licensing models (e.g., SaaS, subscription, perpetual).
· Familiarity with software publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM is preferred
