Bill Rate: $68/hour C2C
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Teams
Direct Client Requirement

What We’re Screening For:
Strong Swift + iOS fundamentals
Proven ownership of UI-heavy features
Ability to reason through problems, not just execute tickets
Comfort working across PPA, Chat, and Help Center surfaces
Clear communication and collaboration with Product and Design

What We’re Not Optimizing For:
Backend or AI model development
Candidates focused mainly on web, hybrid frameworks, or backend work
Candidates with a fundamental level of front-end development

Role Expectations & Skill Requirements:
Platform: iOS
Language: Swift
Developer profile:
Must be a pure iOS developer capable of building features end-to-end
Strong problem-solving ability prioritized over resume pedigree
Emphasis on intellectual rigor and engineering depth (“who’s smarter,” not just strongest background)
