Overview:
The Agency seeks a specialist to recover admin access to its on-premise FileMaker Server v13, back up its database, and migrate it to FileMaker Cloud in three phases: access recovery & backup, cloud database creation, and database transfer with verification.

Key Responsibilities:
Recover admin-level access to FileMaker Server v13 and create new admin credentials.
Create local backups of the existing on-premise database (~7,300 records, 45 fields).
Build a new FileMaker Cloud database duplicating the structure of the on-premise system.
Transfer database records to the cloud, validate accuracy, and perform verification checks.
Certify successful migration, including testing 350+ nonsequential records.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with FileMaker Server and FileMaker Cloud.
Proven ability in recovering FileMaker Server access and migrating on-premise databases to the cloud.
Strong troubleshooting, data validation, and certification/reporting skills.
