JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations using Snowflake and Google BigQuery for performance and scalability.
Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and maintain rigorous Coding Standards.
Develop System Test Plans and conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.
Analyze current business processes to build Process Model Diagrams and recommend optimizations.
Lead the technical transition and migration from DFIO to new planning products.

Essential Skills:
Expert functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment business processes.
Hands-on experience in Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture (Snowflake/BigQuery).
Proven ability in Requirements Gathering, documentation, and System Testing.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and migration planning.
Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and change requests.

Desirable Skills:
Deep domain expertise in the Retail Industry.
Experience in System Integration and Architectural Alignment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
