Description:
The Technical Data Lead provides technical leadership across all technical components of the data migration. This includes staging table design, ETL development, SQL/PLSQL scripting, environment support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design of data migration architecture.
Build staging tables, ETL jobs, and transformation logic.
Write, execute, and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts.
Support data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Review and validate SI's conversion logic and mapping specs.
Support conversion cycle testing and reconciliation cycles.
Develop bridging scripts for parallel and reverse-parallel processing.
Ensure data quality and adherence to security.
Produce required technical documentation and reports.

Primary Required Skills
Strong Oracle DB + SQL/PLSQL expertise.
ETL development using: Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
Experience building staging tables, migration scripts, data pipelines.
Experience validating SI-provided mapping specifications.
Experience with secure data transfer utilities.
Oracle Data Migration certification preferred.
Hands-on experience in complex conversion projects (multi-cycle).
