Job Description.Seeking an experienced AI/ML Software Engineer with strong software engineering background and specialized expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and AWS cloud technologies. This role involves building scalable AI solutions, leveraging advanced AI frameworks, and supporting Generative AI initiatives to enhance client-facing and employee-facing experiences.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:5+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Strong experience with AWS services including AWS SageMaker and cloud-native architectures
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, Spark
Experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch (Torch), Microsoft CNTK, Caffe, Gluon
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks including sentiment analysis, classification, and pattern recognition
Working knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including prompt engineering, guardrails, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning
Experience with Vector Databases (VectorDBs) and data infrastructures supporting Generative AI pipelines
Proven ability to train, deploy, and maintain large language models in production environments
Experience with Agile software development and DevOps/DevSecOps best practices
Strong communication skills to present technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audience
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities that improve client and employee experiences
Provide technical leadership and drive AI solution design and implementation at scale across distributed environments
Partner with Architecture, Foundations, and Security teams to define industrialized AI design patterns
Design and capture data measurement strategies for AI solutions
Develop, monitor, and scale AI components, APIs, and loosely coupled applications integrated with high-availability systems
Ensure robust security, reliability, and scalability by incorporating test-driven development and automated deployment pipelines
Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to foster continuous improvement
Analyze performance, stability, and reliability metrics and recommend optimizations
Plan and execute automated and load testing to ensure production readiness
Participate actively in Agile sprint cycles, owning and supporting the delivery and maintenance of AI solutions
Promote an AI-first mindset and contribute to democratizing AI across the client organization
