Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect with a strong background in developing cloud-native web applications using .NET and AWS technologies. This role will lead a high-performing, cross-functional development team working on mission-critical order entry platforms. You'll be responsible for overseeing design, development, planning, and coordination efforts across engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers.
Plan and manage agile sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with demonstrable value.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations.
Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align on end-to-end solution design and delivery.
Guide the team in writing technical documentation aligned with SDLC and compliance standards.
Serve as a point of communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server (or comparable RDBMS).
4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.
3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless (e.g., Lambda) and containerized services (e.g., EKS).
Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design).
Deep knowledge of OOP principles, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing.
Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
