Job Description:

•Lead and scale the DevOps practice delivery center
•Define and implement delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance models
•Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of DevOps solutions to enterprise
•Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
•Design infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS
•Evaluate and implement DevOps best practices, tools, and automation strategies
•Manage and mentor a large team of DevOps engineers, architects, and consultants
•Develop career paths, training plans, and performance metrics
•Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
•Serve as the primary point of contact for DevOps solutions & problem statements
•Translate business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans
•Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
•Overall, 18 years' experience in DevOps, with 10+ years in leadership or practice management roles
•Hands-on expertise with GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS
•Proven experience managing delivery centers and large cross-functional teams
•Strong understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
