Role: ETL Application Programmer
Bill Rate: $80/hour C2C
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype
Direct Client Requirement

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL and analytics/reporting solutions.
3+ years hands-on with IBM Cognos Analytics (v11/12) and Framework Manager (modeling logical/business/presentation layers).
3+ years building and supporting Informatica PowerCenter 10.x and/or Informatica Cloud (IICS) workflows.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle (12c/19c/21c) and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience producing accessible PDF reports (Section 508/WCAG 2.1) using Adobe Acrobat Pro/Adobe Pro DC.
Experience with Windows scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, batch) and packaging artifacts (e.g., PKZIP).
Experience diagnosing/reporting issues, supporting production jobs, and assisting with upgrades in multi-environment (DEV/QA/PROD) setups.
Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Cognos Author/Modeler, Informatica Developer) or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
