Direct Client Requirement 

Job Description:
· Provide technical analysis for the AASHTOWare product suite.
· Discover and document current-state business processes and system interactions.
· Analyze business needs to develop technical requirements and specifications.
· Prepare technical responses, impact assessments, and solution recommendations.
· Evaluate current customizations for compatibility and migration into the AASHTOWare SaaS product suite.
· Collaborate with product teams to support upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and implementations.
· Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the AASHTOWare product team.
· Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
· Support prioritization and alignment of business and technical objectives.

Responsibilities:
· Support software product delivery and system enhancements throughout the full lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and stabilization.
· Coordinate with business users, developers, product owners, and enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with business and technical standards.
· Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, release schedules, upgrade timelines, and enhancement priorities.
· Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and acceptance criteria.
· Monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
· Serve as a liaison for end users and product partners regarding integrations, custom development, issue resolution, and post-deployment support.
· Support prototyping, feasibility analysis, user validation, testing, and production readiness activities.
· Conduct business analysis, process modeling, and as-is/to-be documentation.
· Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and enterprise IT standards.
· Coordinate software and system integration activities and post-deployment support readiness.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery.
· Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in complex product or technology solution delivery.
· Experience with software configuration, implementation, or integration within the AASHTOWare suite preferred.
· Experience in software/system integration and deployment support.
· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, backlog grooming, and sprint planning methodologies.
· Experience working in government or high-tech environments preferred.
· Knowledge of government procurement and IT governance practices preferred.
· Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Experience with SharePoint 365, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft DevOps preferred.
· Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, technical architecture, and modern application delivery practices.
· Ability to analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
· Experience with process modeling, system analysis, and design methodologies.
· Ability to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
· Knowledge of compliance, accessibility, security, and enterprise IT standards.
· Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices.
