Role: .NET Technical Architect
Bill Rate: $80/hour C2C
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

Direct Client Requirement
Key Responsibilities:Lead architecture, design, and technical delivery for enterprise-level banking applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate lending, loan servicing, or finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across .NET, Angular, Python, and Azure Cloud environments.
Guide engineering teams on coding standards, design patterns, quality frameworks, and best practices.
Provide technical oversight for application modernization, API development, cloud migration, workflows, and integrations.
Manage delivery activities, sprint planning, estimation, and release coordination across onsite and offshore teams.
Evaluate new technologies, propose improvements, and ensure solutions comply with operational, security, and regulatory standards.
Partner with infrastructure, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and rollout.
Provide architectural documentation, roadmaps, and technical recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Delivery Lead.
Strong background in banking or financial services; experience with note finance, lending workflows, loan servicing, or specialized financial products is highly preferred.
Deep hands-on skills in:
.NET / C# application architecture
Angular (latest versions preferred)
Python for API, automation, or data workflows
Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, SQL, DevOps)
Proven experience leading distributed teams, especially offshore development teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and data engineering concepts.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Power Platform.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and IaC (Terraform)
Experience in regulatory compliance, security control implementation, or cloud governance within banking.
Knowledge of data analytics or machine learning workflows is a plus.
