About the Role:
Photon is seeking an experienced Fullstack Lead to drive architecture, development, and leadership for our mobile (Ionic) and web (Angular) applications, integrated with .NET/Azure backend services and Kubernetes. You will lead a talented team, solve complex technical challenges, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end fullstack development (Angular/Ionic frontend, .NET/Azure backend).
Architect scalable, high-performance applications and microservices.
Oversee API design, performance optimization, and deployment in Kubernetes.
Mentor engineers and enforce coding best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders for seamless user experiences.
Contribute strategically to product roadmap, simplify workflows, and optimize processes.
Requirements:
12+ years in fullstack development with strong leadership experience.
Proficient in Angular, Ionic, .NET (C#), Azure, and Kubernetes.
