Key Skills:

AWS Services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
Systems & Scripting: Linux/Windows troubleshooting, AWS CLI, Python, Bash, PowerShell
Automation: Proven experience automating cloud infrastructure and deployments
Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect (preferred)
Tools: Jira (Agile tools knowledge a plus)

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for AWS infrastructure, networking, cloud automation, and platform performance.
Independently handle application support: code, test, debug, and deploy as needed.
Troubleshoot production issues across Linux and Windows systems.
Participate in application support rotations as required by the customer.
Manage and run production calls during critical incidents and coordinate with dependent teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders and present updates effectively.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and Jira.
Knowledge of error correction and suspense accounting in SAP S/4HANA (for postings through suspense accounts).
