Srinivasa Reddy Kandi Visits Flood-Affected Villages in Adilabad, Extends Support to Farmers:

Adilabad: Congress Party Assembly Constituency Incharge Kandi Srinivasa Reddy on Saturday visited several flood-affected areas in Adilabad Rural Mandal, consoling families who lost crops and houses in the recent heavy rains.

As part of his visit, Srinivasa Reddy toured the villages of Pippaldari, Saleguda, Shivaguda, Linguguda, Mamidiguda, and Ankoli, where agricultural lands were badly damaged due to incessant rainfall. He personally interacted with the affected farmers and villagers, inquiring about the extent of their losses and assuring them of his full support. During the visit, he inspected the damaged crop fields and consoled the distressed farmers, urging them not to lose hope. He reassured them that the government will stand by every farmer and extend all possible assistance to ensure their recovery.

In a gesture of immediate relief, Srinivasa Reddy Kandi provided financial support of ₹5,000 to Saripe Kailash, a poor farmer from Pippaldari village who lost his entire crop due to floods. He promised that further steps would be taken to secure compensation and aid for all the affected families. Speaking on the occasion, Srinivasa Reddy said, “Farmers are the backbone of our society. The hardships they are facing due to natural calamities are deeply painful. I want to assure every affected farmer that we will fight for their rights and ensure they receive the necessary help from the government.”

Local Congress leaders, village representatives, and a large number of residents from the affected villages accompanied him during the visit. The program concluded with a renewed sense of confidence among the farmers, who expressed gratitude for the timely concern and immediate help extended by the Congress leader.
