Srinivasa Reddy Kandi Hands Over CMRF Cheques to Support Medical Expenses of the Poor:

Adilabad: Reaffirming the Congress government’s commitment to the welfare of the poor and weaker sections, Adilabad Assembly In-charge Kandi Srinivasa Reddy distributed Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) cheques to beneficiaries at his camp office, Praja Seva Bhavan. The financial aid was provided to support the medical expenses of underprivileged families across different mandals in the district.

During the program, Srinivasa Reddy personally handed over the cheques to beneficiaries and assured that the Congress government under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy would continue to stand by the poor in their time of need.

The following beneficiaries received financial support:

Gaddam Ammakka (Kantha village, Jainath mandal) – ₹60,000
Bedodkar Anita (Sangdi, Bela mandal) – ₹60,000
Jittawar Lingamma (Sangdi) – ₹60,000
Kandewar Ravinder (Bela mandal) – ₹60,000
Chavan Sarabhai (Palai Thanda) – ₹60,000
Chintala Swaraj Goud (Dasnapur) – ₹60,000
Jakkula Yogesh (Awalpur, Bela mandal) – ₹60,000
Kyatha Padma (Kanpa, Jainath mandal) – ₹60,000
Suram Rajitha (Guda, Bhoraj mandal) – ₹22,500
Enugu Lachcha Reddy (Capri, Bhoraj mandal) – ₹22,000

In total, 10 cheques worth ₹5,27,500 were distributed at this event.
Ongoing Support Through CMRF:

Speaking on the occasion, Srinivasa Reddy said that a special counter has been set up at the Praja Seva Bhavan to assist patients and families seeking relief through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. He encouraged those who have borne heavy medical expenses in hospitals to apply for financial aid without hesitation.
He further highlighted that so far, cheques amounting to nearly ₹41 lakh have already been distributed to beneficiaries in the constituency, reflecting the government’s proactive measures to provide timely assistance.

The program was attended by senior Congress leaders and representatives. The event concluded with gratitude expressed by the beneficiaries; many of whom said the assistance came as a great relief during their medical hardships.
